Lily Arrington

Liliana 'Lily' Arrington is a Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner. She is a June 2009 graduate of the Institute of Health & Healing's 610 hour Advanced Massage Therapy course. She happily serves the Hampton Roads community specializing in Swedish therapeutic massage, with a special love for oncology and geriatric massage.

Lily is also a Registered Yoga Teacher is happy to discuss asana's, meditation and/or relaxation techniques. She holds a BSBA from Old Dominion University and is a member of ABMP and NCTMB.
